Wendy McClure: Hello, my name is Wendy McClure. My last name, McClure, is Scottish. As for my first name, I was named after the Wendy in Peter Pan, because it was my mother's favorite book as a child. And yes, it's funny that I'm named after a children's book character, and now I write and work in children's books.
