Janet Squires: Hello, my name is Janet Squires. Squires is a very old family name. If you've ever read stories about King Arthur and the Knights of the Roundtable, you probably know that a squire is a young man training to become a knight. I was named after my grandmother, Jane. Her family pioneered their way west by covered wagon from Texas to Arizona as ranchers. I spent many perfect summers with her when I was young, and folks say I grew up to be very much like my grandmother. We share that pioneer spirit that says, work hard and don't be afraid of adventure.
