Luc Melanson: Hello, my name is Luc Melanson. Melanson is an Acadian name. My grandfather was actually from New Brunswick. It is spelled M-E-L-A-N-S-O-N. In French, Melanson is very often spelled with a C, most of the time actually. So when I tell my name to someone who has to write it down, I have to say Luc Melanson, Melanson with an S.
