Deborah Abela: Hello, my name's Deborah Abela. I've been called Debsie, Deddie, Deb, and my nickname is Number Six, or sometimes it's Abby. My last name, Abela, is from Malta, which is a small rocky island below Sicily in the Mediterranean Sea. Apparently, Deborah in Hebrew means bee, but I think my Mum named me after the very famous and glamorous actress, called Deborah Kerr. And my last name, Abela, in Hebrew, means breath.
