Kristine O'Connell George: Hello, my name is Kristine O'Connell George. O'Connell is the name I grew up with. Lots of letters and an apostrophe to deal with. George is the last name of the man I married. And I actually came from a long line of Elizabeths. I was supposed to be an Elizabeth. However, at the last minute, my mother changed her mind and decided that I would be a Kristine. And everyone was expecting that I would be Elizabeth, however I'm Kristine, a name that I like very much. I do wonder sometimes, would I be a different person if my name had been Elizabeth?
