Tom Birdseye: Hello, my name is Tom Birdseye. A lot of people think that Birdseye is a pen name like Mark Twain, whose real name is Samuel Clemens, or Dr. Seuss, who was Theodore Geisel. But no, Birdseye is my real name, what I was born with. I get asked a lot about the spelling. "How do you spell that?" I spell it B-I-R-D-S-E-Y-E, and then people go, "Oh, just like it sounds." So yeah, you may have heard the expression of getting a bird's-eye view where you're sort of zoomed back or looking down on something, an aerial view. I guess I have a bird's-eye view every day, all day, always.
