Susan B. Katz: Hello, my name is Susan B. Katz. My last name is Katz, K-A-T-Z, like dogs and cats, which is ironic because I like dogs a lot more than I like cats, but my last name is Katz. When I was a teacher, I used to wear a lot of hats at recess time. And so people used to say, Mrs. Katz and all her hats.
