Christine Wei: My name is Christine Wei and I really personally like my name because, back home my Mandarin name would be Yu-Ting. So Christine sort of rhymes with Yu-Ting and that's actually what my mother told me when they first picked out my English name is, that it sort of rhymes with my Mandarin name, my, I guess, maiden name in that sense. But because my Mandarin name Yu-Ting is quite hard for a lot of the Western people to pronounce, so that Christine sort of brings out part of the characteristic of my original name while I personally really love that pronunciation itself.

And also, when you're writing or putting on a signature, it has that nice flowiness to it as well, which is something I love personally when I illustrate a lot of things. I care all about the flows of everything, so I really enjoy having name Christine.
