But when my grandpa, her dad, saw me for the first time, he said, "Hello there, Suzy Q." And the name stuck. So, I was Suzy until I was in high school, and then, wanting to seem more grown up, I started using my full first name again. Williams is actually my married name, by the way. Before then it was Bullock.
