Ekiuwa Aire: Hello, my name is Ekiuwa Aire. Phonetically it's pronounced Ek-iuwa Ai-re. My name has its origin in the Edo/Benin tribe in Nigeria. This is the same tribe that the character, Idia, in my first book comes from. Ekiuwa means market of wealth. In the adult tribe, a child's name is sometimes a reflection of what is going on within the family at the time of birth. When I was born, my dad had just started a business, and so I was named Market of Wealth as a reflection of the wealth that my dad's new business was supposed to bring.
