Cicely Lewis: Hi, my name is Cecily Lewis. My name is so important, and it has so much meaning behind it, because my mother named me for a famous actress. Her name was Cicely Tyson. You may know her from movies such as Sounder, which was based on the book Sounder. She is also an award winning actress who has played in many TV films, like How to Get Away With Murder and The Help and so much more. She also starred in The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman. And my mother loved Cicely Tyson. And so she knew when she was pregnant with me, that she wanted to name me Cicely. And I love my name because there are not too many Cicelys and I love Cicely Tyson, and so that is how I became Cicely.
