Tae Keller: My name is Tae Keller, and my first name, Tae, actually comes from my grandmother. So her name is Tae Im -- that's her Korean name -- and when my parents named me, they shortened it to Tae. And this is a name, when I was very young, that I felt embarrassed of because it was hard for people to pronounce, and it was an unusual name, and I always wanted to be named Sarah because I thought that that was a classic American name, and everyone would be able to say it. As I have gotten older, I've come to love and appreciate my name so much and really claim it, and I love that it connects me to my grandmother and to my Korean heritage.
