Ian Morris: Hi, my name's Ian Morris. I've always admired my surname more than my first name, as Ian is quite short, and a lot of my friends here in Manchester usually refer to me as Mozzo. Mozzo is nicknames to Morris.
Morris is quite a popular surname in Wales, which I believe my great-great-grandfather was from. However, learning more about my name, Morris, it originates from the French surname Maurice. Interesting as I quite like the idea of being an illustrator living in France, like one of my inspirations, Ronald Searle.
