Julie Abe: Hi, I'm Julia Abe. My last name, Abe, which is Japanese, roughly translates to multitudes of peace. The A, or ah, as it's pronounced in Japanese, stands for a Japanese character that means peace. And the be, or B-E, as it's spelled in English, stands for a character that means a lot. I like to think that's how readers will leave my stories feeling -- refreshed and full of peace.
