I'm from Sweden, so the pronunciation in Sweden would be hey-LEY-nuh. My English friends and family call me HEL-en-ah, but a lot of people from the US call me Huh-LAY-nah and both pronunciations are just fine. I answer to either. I've always actually quite liked my name. I think it's a nice sort of a classic sort of name, and it works internationally as well, which is good.
