Robert Sabuda: Hello. My name is Robert Sabuda. One of the great things about having the name Robert is it actually has many different versions of it.

When I was growing up in Michigan as a boy, everyone called me Bobby. So, when somebody calls and leaves a message on my phone machine and they say, "Is Bobby there?" I know they're from Michigan. When I was in college, everyone called me Bob. I knew lots of Robs. And now that I'm all grown up and a children's book author and illustrator, everybody calls me Robert, which I guess sounds a little bit fancy, but deep down inside, I'm probably still Bobby.
