Sarwat Chadda: Hi, my name is Sarwat Chadda. It's a combination of Arabic and Punjabi, which is touching on the two aspects of my heritage. Sarwat comes from the Middle East, while Chadda is a regional name from the Punjab area of Pakistan and India. I love it. It's great. There's not very many Sarwats out there, so I don't have to worry about signing my surname when I do bookplates; it's just Sarwat throughout. And it's only two syllables, so it's not difficult to pronounce. Sarwat Chadda.
