Nafiza Azad: My name is Nafiza Azad. Na-fi-za. In Arabic, it means precious, and Azad means freedom. So, my name, if you wanted to call me in English, it would be Precious Freedom, which is very cheesy, but there you have it.
The one thing, I always held a grudge where my name is concerned, my first name, is that one, I don't have a middle name. And two, my parents didn't name me. Some uncle who we are not even familiar with anymore named me. I don't know why, but I am the only daughter. I think I have the right to be named by my parents.
Yeah, so, I am Nafiza Azad.
