Which in German spells a noun death, I don't know what message they were trying send to me but years later I made the dubious choice, from a literary perspective, to marry a woman of Italian heritage who's last name is Mata. Now, Mata refers to a club, a kind of a medieval mace which on occasion was used to beat people to death.
