I was actually doing a book signing a few years ago, and two young readers walked by, and I heard one of them mention that William Durbin was one of his favorite authors, but the sign above me said "Bill Durbin." And I called him aside, and it actually took me quite a while to convince them that I, in fact, was William Durbin, the author that they knew.
