Eden Unger Bowditch: Hello. My name is Eden Unger Bowditch. We pronounce the O-W in flower, not the O-W in slow, but we could be wrong since the name has been around for centuries. Nathaniel Bowditch was an American mathematician and navigator, born before the American Revolution. Nathaniel Bowditch is also my husband. Same name, same family, different fellow.
