Gary Paulsen: Hi. This is Gary Paulsen. I always thought it was kind of a bad name for a writer. It doesn't sound very adventurous or exciting. Gary, you know, Paulsen. I always thought Clint or Steve or you know, Ernest Hemingway, whatever, would have been better than Gary Paulsen. And Microsoft says it's misspelled. It's P-A-U-L-S-E-N on the end and every time I go to write on the word processor it points out that my name is misspelled on the manuscript. So, that's my name, Gary Paulsen.
