Willie Perdomo: My name is Willie Perdomo, which is the way you would pronounce it if you were Latino. If you're not Latino, I suppose most people say Willie Perdomo. Think about a cat purring for the first syllable. Think about Do-Re-Mi for the second syllable. Think about Mo' Better Blues for the third syllable. So it would Pur-do-mo. The Perdomo name, the lineage for that I found the name Perdomo that goes as far back as the mid-16th century in Canary Islands.
