When I was a kid, I got a lot of Kurilla gorilla teasing, which was pretty much the worst but I don't mind it so much now because as an illustrator, I like that it ends in -illa. I was able to name my website Karillastration, which I thought was a fun little play on words so there's that. My first name has an accent on the middle "E", which makes the "E" sound like an "A". Otherwise, I would be Renee. The accent is called an acute accent and I always remember that because it sounds adorable. That's how you say my name. Renee Karilla.
