Caroline Bock: Hello, my name is Caroline Anna Bock, and that's Caroline, not Carolyn. That's a frequent mispronunciation of my name. I was in fact named after my maternal grandmother, whose name was Catalina. She was from Italy. However, here's one secret about me. My father preferred to call me by a nickname. He always called me Toots. So when you read my stories, or novels, you may see nicknames, you may even see the name Toots for a character or two, and you'll know where that comes from.
