F.J.R. Titchenell: Hello. My name is FJR Titchenell. A lot of people balk at saying my name because it's one they've never seen before, but it is boringly phonetic, just the way it looks, Titchenell. No one seems to know where it comes from exactly. No one knows its original meaning, but we do know that it is dying out. If you search for Titchenell, pretty much everyone you'll find is directly related to me. When I got married, I decided I would take my husband's name, Carter, legally for personal use, but I was going to continue to use Titchenell for my books to give it a little extra time in the sun.
