Lauren Bjorkman: Hi. My name is Lauren Bjorkman. Some years ago I married this really cute guy from Sweden, and that's when all the trouble started. When people see my last name, they often ask me if the B is silent. It is not nor is the J which is pronounced like a Y or I. Bjorkman. If you have to mispronounce my name I prefer Borkman to Jorkman. I could have kept my maiden name or hyphenated, but I'm basically lazy, and Lauren Antoinette Badger Bjorkman just takes too long to write.
