Liesl Shurtliff: Hello, my name is Liesl Shurtliff, it rhymes with weasel. When I was born, my parents wanted to name me Meghan. As it happened, on that same day, in the same hospital, there were three other girls born named Meghan, and so they decided to name me something slightly different. Liesl is a German name. My grandfather is German. And my parents really enjoyed "The Sound of Music," which Liesl plays the oldest von Trapp child. If you're not familiar with "The Sound of Music," you should watch it. Yes, it's Liesl Shurtliff.
