Pam Kaster: Hello, my name is Pam Kaster. My full name is Pamela McAdam Kaster, but I prefer to be called Pam. Seems the only time anyone ever calls me Pamela is when I'm in trouble. So please call me Pam, not Pamela. My middle name, McAdam is Irish. My last name, Kaster is German. There is a little medieval town in Germany named Kaster. I'm pleased that my name is both Irish and German.
