Sam Zuppardi: Hello my name is Sam Zuppardi. Zuppardi is a name that's come to me courtesy of my dad and his family who are Italian, from Naples to be exact, which is in the South of Italy. Over there they pronounce it ZUPPARDi.

When people hear my name is from Italy, they always ask me four questions. So to save you the trouble of asking them if we ever meet, I'll answer them for you now. One, I do go and stay with my family in Italy from time to time. Two, the weather is lovely there. Three, I do speak Italian but not very much and not very well. Four, none of my family are, to the best of my knowledge, in the mafia.

Some common mispronunciations of my name are ZIPPIDI, ZEPPIDI, and BACCARDI. But it's Zuppardi. The thing about it is it's pretty much spelled the way it sounds and it sounds pretty much the way it's spelt. So if you remember that simple rule, you'll be fine. And that's it. Sam Zuppardi.
