Mike Mullin: Hello, my name is Mike Mullin. The interesting story about my name is that my great great-grandfather spelled it six different ways: M U L L I N, M U L L E N, I N S, A N, and a couple others I don't even remember. When I was 12 or so I got really interested in genealogy and started researching it and I found my great-great-grandfather had fought in the Civil War, and there were tons of documents related to his Civil War service and his pension benefits. And they were all signed with an X. So I assumed that my great, great grandfather was illiterate and the clerks wrote his name however they wanted to and somehow between that generation and the next, the spelling settled on M U L L I N. And so that's the way I spell my name today. Mike Mullin.
