Sally Nicholls: Hello, my name is Sally Nicholls, which is an easy name to pronounce, but a difficult name to spell. Because people always spell it with one L, and actually it's got two. The only time it's been mispronounced was when I was a little girl, and I used to get called Sally Pickles, but fortunately, I don't get called that anymore.
